Traditional energy drinks are built primarily around stimulation. Electrolyte powders are built primarily to replace minerals lost through sweat. AVRO is different: it is a calm-first functional drink mix. Every formula delivers 200 mg of naturally fermented GABA from PharmaGABA®, then adds targeted support—magnesium bisglycinate in Calm, Cognigrape® in Focus, or 120 mg of natural caffeine in Energy. AVRO also includes a prebiotic fiber blend, but it is not positioned as a full electrolyte-replacement product.*

PharmaGABA® is a naturally fermented form of GABA used in every AVRO formula as part of AVRO's calm-first foundation.

Every formula begins with 250 mg of PharmaGABA® raw material, delivering 200 mg of active naturally fermented GABA. Calm adds 850 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, yielding 100 mg of elemental magnesium. Focus adds 250 mg of Cognigrape® red grape extract. Energy adds 120 mg of natural caffeine. All three also include a prebiotic fiber blend made with soluble guar fiber and acacia fiber.*

PharmaGABA® is the branded ingredient as supplied, while active GABA is the amount of GABA it delivers. AVRO uses 250 mg of PharmaGABA® raw material per serving to provide 200 mg of active naturally fermented GABA. The 200 mg active amount is the figure shown in AVRO’s consumer-facing ingredient callouts.

Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function. AVRO uses magnesium bisglycinate, a chelated form selected for a calm, everyday formula and paired with PharmaGABA® to support a composed, clear-headed state.*

The 850 mg refers to the full magnesium-bisglycinate compound, which includes magnesium bound to glycine. The 100 mg figure is the elemental magnesium—the actual amount of magnesium the compound provides and the amount used to calculate Daily Value.

Cognigrape® is a standardized red grape extract supported by human research on cognitive function. AVRO Focus includes 250 mg alongside PharmaGABA® to support clear thinking, sustained attention and mental clarity without caffeine.*

PharmaGABA® has been studied in published human research examining relaxation, stress-related biomarkers, brain-wave activity and cognitive measures. Studies have reported increased alpha-wave activity and reduced beta-wave activity during relaxation testing, as well as changes in markers associated with normal everyday stress, including salivary chromogranin A and cortisol. Other human work has measured oral GABA absorption within approximately 30 minutes. These studies support the ingredient; they should not be read as a guarantee that every person will feel the same effect from a finished AVRO product.*

AVRO is generally designed for everyday adult use, but individual responses vary. Prebiotic fiber or magnesium may cause temporary digestive discomfort in some people. Energy contains 120 mg of caffeine and may cause restlessness, a faster heartbeat, headache or difficulty sleeping in caffeine-sensitive users. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience an unexpected or persistent reaction.

One-time U.S. orders over $50 ship free. Subscription orders of two or more boxes also ship free. Any shipping charge for a smaller order is calculated and displayed at checkout.
